At around ten p.m., I approached the field reported. The reported unicorn was barely visible in the distance; it vanished quickly into a shelter, out of view. Further studies and observations of this creature will be made.
However, still no cash fairies.

Post-Obama Inauguration Research:
Administration Transparency: 7 % (+/- 6%)
(notes: not much change, maybe they still go to church on Sundays; there was a press release of the breakfast menu - change 1 percent)

(notes: reversing ban to allow tax-payers to fund international abortions increased value, however refusal to answer difficult questions from journalists dropped overall percentage)

Cash fairy sightings: none
Research Notes: Thanks to Pres. Obama, a rainbow appeared in the sky today and two stars were slightly visible at night. This could indicate a slight decrease in atmospheric pollution in just three days.
